I hope everyone has enjoyed a wonderful summer!
With two little ones now back at school, I have some time to reflect on what a great summer this has been.
On top of the family trips, one major professional highlight this summer was the Greater Missouri Leadership Foundation’s 2024 Women of the Year Luncheon It was great to join a sold-out crowd who traveled from all across Missouri to celebrate remarkable women leaders. Congratulations to the 2024 awardees: Angie Long – Community Leader of the Year, Angela Drake, J.D. – Inspirational Leader of the Year, DeAngela Burns-Wallace, Ed.D. – Civic Leader of the Year, and Dr. Leigh Anne Taylor Knight – Alumna Leader of the Year. Greater MO has honored many women over the years. Take a moment to learn more about them.
As I further reflect, I appreciate what a wonderful summer season it was both professionally and personally. The Greater MO luncheon is always inspiring and this year proved no different. In fact, it was inspiring in new ways as our family gets acclimated to another school year for our two oldest and we welcome baby #3 into the world! As the summer comes to an end, I’m thankful for the professional successes and the personal memories as I prepare for parental leave as our family becomes five.
Thank you to the Lents Mazur team and our clients for making this such an enjoyable new chapter of my life.
See you all in a few months!
